How It Works

To enable investigation, we must first collect relevant information. Our comprehensive questionnaire covers most avenues, although further information may be requested during research. Our questionnaire may be sent by post or digitally via the internet.

A preliminary search will be undertaken to ascertain if our service may be provided. 

If approved, we then require instruction regarding which service you require.

Once all information and any photographs and documents have been received, our research will begin.

Once research is concluded and printing and production is complete, we will dispatch without delay.

Collecting Information & Photographs

In order to undertake the necessary research, we need as much information as you can share. Be assured that all information and any photographs are considered strictly private and confidential and will not be shared with anybody else. All findings will be shared with the client only. All photographs will be returned. Upon completion, no information will be stored.
